If egyptian marriage certificate is translated and legalized in Belarus embassy, whether this marriage is automatically registered in Belarus Republic and woman is treated in Belarus as a married woman (its mean in in the Belarusian law), or she must also register this marriage in office on Belarus Republic area? Hello Girls, I’m sorry I write an English but I am Czech. Maybe you will be can help me. I am planning to married with Egyptian, before he was married with womanfrom BR. They had Egyptian married, they made it in Cairo. Because they tried about visa to Belarus and had some problems withthis they went to the Belarusian embassy in Cairo where their Egyptian marriagecertificate was translated and legalized. Does it mean that their marriage has beenlegalized and automatically registered in the Republic of Belarus? They divorcein the egyptian court only and later thewoman back on BR lef. Is this marriage still valid in Belarus ? Please explain to me this situation. The answercan be in the russian language, I understand a little.
